All payments must be made via accepted methods including Stripe, Zelle, or PayPal. We do not offer AutoPay or recurring billing. Full payment is due as per the terms specified in your individual agreement or invoice. Same-day cancellations or rescheduling are subject to a $35 non-refundable fee. A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to avoid cancellation penalties.
4. Appointment Preparation Responsibilities
Customers are required to ensure that all furniture and debris are moved at least two feet away from the walls, kitchen appliances are pulled two feet forward, and pets are secured or removed during the treatments. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and additional service charges.
5. Communications and Notifications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related notifications by email or SMS, including appointment confirmations, service updates, and post-service follow-ups. You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message or emailing us at office@mytermitecompany.com.
