After our treatments and repairs have been performed, My Termite Company offers a maintenance program to keep your home and building termite-free for years to come. 

All our maintenance programs are tailor-made for each customer. They typically involve a base price for a set number of inspections and service calls on an annual basis. You will save money in the long term for not having to purchase services on a one-off basis. 

Regularly checking with us is a surefire way to prevent termite problems in the future. Therefore, if you suspect or see termites again, give us a call and we will address the issue right away.

Our maintenance program provides additional warranty to your home for termites for a year. This warranty includes inspections and treatments which helps maintain your home against termites.

There are a few qualifications to be able to purchase the termite maintenance program. First, all current termite infestation must be treated, including drywood and subterranean termite infestation. Second, all wood damaged must be repaired or replaced, including dry-rot, wet-rot, termite damage, etc. The program helps maintain your home free of termites, it does not solve your current termite problem.

The termite maintenance program includes 1 full inspection and 3 local treatments for a full year. The local treatments can be for either drywood termites or subterranean termites.

The program is quite simple: if you see any termite evidence, give us a call and we will schedule an inspection. If termites are found, then the proper treatment is applied either on the same day a date will be given if required. For the full inspection to apply, the owner must inform us when they would like to have it scheduled. We recommend at least 8 months after purchasing the termite maintenance program to allow evidence to accumulate.

Since California is the state with the highest infestation of termites, it would be wise to have warranty for your home against termites. Even though your home may currently be free from termite infestation and/or damage, it does not guarantee the property will not get infested in the future. If left unchecked, the infestation can spread and result in costly treatments and repairs. In addition, our termite maintenance program is affordable compared to our regular termite treatments.
