    We apply Bora-Care® as a stand-alone pre-treatment to bare, accessible wood framing. This includes areas such as attics, crawl spaces, and exposed sections of new construction. Our team treats homes, multi-unit buildings, and commercial properties during the “dried-in” phase. This is, after exterior framing is complete but before interior coverings are added.

    Exterior Wood Structures Need Protection Too
