We include support tailored to your home or building, with each plan featuring a base rate that covers visits we schedule, such as inspections and service calls. Regular checkups help you avoid costly surprises and keep termite issues from returning.

It’s a one-year protection plan that includes inspections and local spot treatments. This program helps ensure that your home stays clear of termites following initial service.

To sign up, you’ll need to meet two conditions:

  1. All current infestations, both drywood and subterranean termites, you must treat all infestations first.
  2. Replace or repair any wood damaged by pests, water, or rot. The goal here is prevention, not active treatment.

You’ll receive one full inspection and up to three localized treatments during the 12-month period. These services apply to both subterranean and drywood termites, based on what we find.

The plan is straightforward:

Upon seeing anything unusual, like droppings, wings, or wood damage, give us a call. We’ll set up an inspection. If we confirm activity, we’ll treat it right away or schedule a visit at your convenience.

For your yearly inspection, just let us know when you’d like to book it. We usually suggest waiting eight months to allow any new signs to appear.
