Wendy Manzanilla
Wendy has worked in the termite industry for over 30 years. Sixteen years ago, with the support of her family and close friends, she launched her own business. Drawing from her experience, she identified key elements for running an exceptional company. She built My Termite Company on a foundation of honesty, integrity, and a commitment to outstanding service.
Wendy explains, “You cannot cut corners when providing a service for someone’s home. A home is a huge investment, and I aim to provide the highest quality of service to my clients. If a customer is not satisfied, I get to the root of the issue until my customer is satisfied because ultimately they are the boss. Since my co-workers are family and close friends, I enjoy what I do.”
Now, her children help in her business, and they look forward to upholding the same qualities and beliefs as Wendy, by making business with customers close and personable.
